Morgan Simpson (Ben)
Morgan Simpson is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles. In addition to co-writing, producing and playing Jefferson Bailey in Black, White and Blues(in which The Hollywood Reporter stated his performance was “pitch perfect” and Variety said he was “impressing in a lead role”, Simpson is a co-owner of the production company Liberty Road Entertainment. Simpson also worked as a producer and appeared in Her Minor Thing, released by First Look and Regent. In addition, he appeared in 29 Reasons to Run and co-wrote, produced and starred in 29 and Holding. Along with his wife Heather, Simpson started the Shine and Share Foundation, which picks a deserving charity each year to support through annual fundraisers. Most recently, Shine and Share helped fulfill three dreams for the Dream Foundation, whose mission is to assist the needs and wishes of terminally ill adults.
Heather Simpson (Claire)
Originally from the Sacramento area, Heather has been a working actress in Los Angeles for 14 years. She has appeared in studio and independent feature films, network TV shows, TV pilots. Heather’s film credits include “Black,White & Blues”, “Her Minor Thing,” “Clear Lake, WI,” “The Flintstones II,” “29 and Holding,” and “The Guy Next Door.” Some of her TV credits include “Criminal Minds”, “The Jamie Kennedy Experiment,” “Bold & the Beautiful”, “Invisible Man” and “Tremors”. Heather received a B.A. in Theatre Arts, with honors, from UCLA, and has studied with Joanne Baron, DW Brown & The Groundlings.

Hayes is recurring as Sam Jaeger’s love interest in PARENTHOOD, also for NBC. She is a series regular opposite Rob Cordry, Megan Mullully, and Lake Bell in the hit web series, CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL for AdultSwim. Last season, Hayes starred opposite Kyle Bornheimer in WORST WEEK (based on the hit BBC series MY OWN WORST WEEK) for CBS. Additional roles include the female lead on the short-lived FBC sitcom THE WINNER opposite Rob Corddry and from comedy giant Seth MacFarlane and Bradley Cooper’s love interest on the Darren Star produced KITCHEN CONFIDENTIAL.
Hayes has established herself as a rising leading lady in television. From her first series regular role on the WB Network’s ON THE SPOT, Hayes demonstrated her comedic chops opposite comedy legend Tim Conway. A familiar face to viewers from his numerous television appearances, Palermo has guest-starred on “90210,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Malcolm In The Middle,” “Heroes,” “Gary Unmarried,” “Friends,” “Will & Grace,” “Crossing Jordan” and “3rd Rock From The Sun” among others.
He may be most recognizable as “James” from Bravo TV’s “Significant Others” a popular improvised sitcom based on couples in therapy. Or as one of the ensemble players from NBC’s sketch improv comedy show, “Thank God You’re Here.”
Most recently, Palermo appeared “The Social Network” as a computer science professor at Harvard (real acting there!)

Johnny Sneed
Johnny Sneed, born in Japan, grew up in Mississippi in a house of artists. Johnny’s initial experience with acting was watching his father, John, perform in theatre productions directed by Chuck White at Center Stage, where Johnny first performed on stage. Patti, Johnny’s mother, plays piano, sings, and paints. His sister, Lori, is a painter and gifted improvisational impersonator. In addition to being an avid photographer, Johnny plays drums with several bands in Los Angeles including Bandito Royale, Vaud and the Villains, Rusty De La Croix, Pool House and Sugar Fantastic. He feels fortunate to have had opportunities to play with Medeski Martin and Wood, Cyro Baptiste, Adam Bork, and Nellie McKay. Johnny’s drumming heroes are Brian Blade and Levon Helm, and he credits Billy Martin of Medeski Martin and Wood with rhythmic inspiration.
